Not a registered Processor in my county which is required by law. They blocked their number. No case on record in my county. FRAUD

This is a scam. Brian Anderson and John Rosenberg are the same guy - scammers. US Postal Service investigative service notified already and investigating. FBI has a file on them too apparently.
Yes, I just received the same message on my phone for my husband. Stated that he will be at our house between 3 and 5. No such record is on file in our county. We receive so many of these calls that it is starting to become quit draining. I wish they can stop the madness.
