I RECIEVED A CALL ON MY JOB FROM A VANESSA WHITE STATING SHE IS CALLING ABOUT A DEBT. SHE STATED THAT I HAD UNTIL 3:00 pm TO RETURN HER CALL. SHE STATED THAT THE SHERRIFF OFFIECER WILL BE COMING TO MY JOB. SHE IS VERY RUDE. PLEASE STOP THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE FROM HARRASSING YOU ALL THE TIME. SHE CALLES FROM 443-231-3550
Phillips Reinhardt and Associates keeps calling me with the name Bill Lombardo. He keeps calling my job threatening to come into my workplace and saying he needs me or my immediate supervisor to be present as a witness to serve a court summons scheduled for Monday between 3:00-7:00 PM. They are stating they are currently from the Prince George's County Sheriffs Office (443) 231-3550. I'm in the process of having my attorney contact them, I have asked several times to stop calling my place of employment.
I received a call from them saying they were with the sheriff department and I called the sheriff department and they had no recollection of the person that contacted me. So I sent the number to my attorneys office they gave them some address P.O. Box 844, Amhurst, NY. But everytime they asked them questions they put them on hold, Vanessa White gave another phony address that in Buffalo, NY. These people are ridiculous.

These people continue to call me 5 plus times a day demanding for payment for a stop payment I placed upon my bank account after having funds fraudulently withdrawn from it. I filed a police report & it is on record with my local county sheriff & my bank. The company who hired them has no legal standing to get money from me, & are VERY aware of such, so they hire a collection agency, PHILLIPS REINHART AND ASSOCIATES, who is notoriously known and reported to engage in illegal collection practices to harrass me daily. They do not send me any written correspondence because I have already reported the originating company to all three credit reporting agencies and they have been sent the cease and desist letter on at least 2 separate occassions! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. SOME GOVERNMENT AGENCY NEEDS TO PUT PHILLIPS REINHART AND ASSOCIATES OUT OF BUSINESS & FINE THEM TO MOON & BACK FOR THE HARASSMENT & CONTINUAL BREACH OF THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT!
