Who called from 4432446003

Number called a few days ago and did not leave a message,  same today.  The number has called both times after a known spam/scam 800 number.
When I did a reverse look up Google claims it's the number of an emergency locksmith. Once I could write off as a wrong number, twice on non consecutive days starts feeling like the scam number spoofing a different number in hopes I'll answer.

Called. I answered and said hello, no response. After a brief silence, an electronic voice said thank you, goodbye. Suspicious caller.
