Caller ID says ISSI - voicemail said "central credit services. This is a call from a debt collector. Please call 877-209-4163. Debt collectors don't call from one number and leave another as a return number to call. Marked as spam and blocked from my phone.
All my debts are paid so I know this is a scam!
Truecaller app is a godsend for annoying calls like this.
