Has anybody else received a call from this number?  CID says "Stephen Hicks", but I don't anybody by that name nor the number.  I suppose it could be the FOP.  A lot of them use their personal phones to make their calls.  I've already recorded 18 different numbers used by the FOP charity scam; if this is them, this will make 19.

I'd appreciate knowing if anyone else has received an unsolicited call from this number.
