Who called from 4432680968

Someone just called me from this # - I could hear background noise, but no one spoke.

I received a call from this number 2 days in a row. When i call it back it plays an out going message saying: sorry I missed you please try again later. I am reporting it to the Do Not Call registry.

A man identified himself as being with "PDRC" or something like that, that takes care of my magazine services. He said, you do receive magazines, correct? I said yes, but I hadn't ordered them. He hung up with no explanation.
I couldn't understand him at first because of all the background noise.  They may have called me before, asking me to verify what credit card I had used--but it could have been someone else.

I received a call from this number once or twicw every month.  when I responf nobody answer, just hangup.
