These people are crooks...DO NOT answer your phone for this number.  They are praying on people to collect $$ on debts that are fraudaulent!!

Another in a long list of Portfolio Recovery Associates--junk debt collector for old debts with expired statutes of limitation. Thank you, 800 notes, for providing us with means to decipher these numbers so quickly, and for those who take the time to post!

Unfortunately my phone provider only allows blocking up to 15 numbers .  Portfolio Res has used all 15 slots, and they're still calling.

I got one from 443-313-1381 today, and the caller id said Sunrocket Did.  Go figure.  Needless to say, I didn't answer it.
