A very very poor quality voice mail message. Caller ID on the incoming call is from 443-320-0277. The message indicates to call 253-655-4868 but I had to listen more than once to understand the alleged IRS phone number.

I spoke with a CPA and it was indicated to me that this call is fraud and not the IRS.
