I'll take others' word for who/what this was. I've gotten several calls from this number showing up as in "Missed Calls." Evidently, whoever/whatever it is doesn't have the interest to leave a message in my "Voice Mail." This is one of the many numbers that shows up on my cell that I have not recognized and, therefore, not answered. As a result, no message-no return call.
Recorded message about mortgage rates being low as result of takeover by US Govt. of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Totally unsolicited effort to hawk mortgages at "low rates."

Another call, last one was on 10/22/08. So, that makes it about two weeks between calls. Let's see if this holds up. I'll let you know in two weeks, or when the next call comes in. I STILL don't know who it is, except for the information from the others who have reported this number.
This number called, again!!! Last one was November 6. It's rediculous!! I don't know who they are, or what they want since there is no message left in my Voice Mail.
