Total scam outfit. If you call that 866 number they will answer by Global Recovery Group, but they mumble the words to confuse the caller. There are a lot of companies calling themselves Global Recovery Something-or-Other. If they call you demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail. E-mail no good. They don't do this (and they won't) simply block the calls and ignore them.
