I also placed an add on Craigs list, they said they were interested and wanted to send me a certified check. I told them I would only accept cash, that I can check with my currancy pen or if the certified check was drawn on a local bank, i would want to verify it with the maker.... no text back. I would be very careful with this and make sure you have someone with you if you end up meeting with them.
Placed a posting on Craigslist: Msg received stating that they wanted to overnight me a check, all they need is my name to make it payable to and address to overnight check.

Yup same here placed ad on Craig's and am receiving the same text as everyone else about supposed buyer wants to send certified check without even seeing my item for sale.
