Same here, I got the call and missed it. They did not leave a voice message, but when I called back it was Bill Me Later. I had placed an order online through NewEgg the night before, they were just confirming that I bought something with Bill Me Later.
This morning, they called a cell phone number which is part of my family cell phone plan, but I do not carry that particular phone. I usually only give that number out as an emergency contact.
They spoke to my mother and refused to give their name or company name. I called back and it is in fact Bill Me Later, wanting to confirm that I did place an online order last night. In the meantime, they had already caught me at work, so the subject was moot.
I find it odd that they would not give the name or purpose of their call, but I am also glad that they used some caution and did not just let anybody who answered the phone confirm the order. So, go ahead and answer, it is a "safe" call :)

Received a call today and yesterday on my cell phone from this number looking for an Eric Young, no Eric Young here. He must have signed up for Bill Me Later, I didn't!
