Just some [***] that works for Germans Group to screw around with people.  He's not really a headhunter, he;s just somebody they hired to soften people up on the telephone...so they don't apply to jobs in MD-DC-VA area... Germans is just a-hole club in military and defense engineering empolyment sector... they cheat and manipulate and run companies into the ground...  they really don't even give a [***] if people are qualified or have the correct experience or even have a clearence for the job... its all just hoursehit they make up to hide the job and prevent people from apply to the jobs they keep hidden...  really most of the jobs don't even require a security clearence ...they just label them that way so they can blow people away... if you ever get through their crap... you will realize you are sitting there doing the exact same job without a clearence and there was never a real rerequirement to even have one... its all just old declassified miltary crap that even the DOD doesn't care about.. they are jsut giving the projects away to keep engineers empolyeed... instead ...they form  clubs and act like [***] to protect the jobs ....
