I have received calls from this company for the past 3 days. They call from a different number each time looking for the person who had this number over 3 years ago. They are Account Discovery Systems and they have called from 240-458-0236, 410-793-1877, and 443-372-6102. Since I don't answer unknown calls, they have left the same voice mail from each number. I have added this latest number to my blocked list but I am sure they will just call from a different number tomorrow.
