This call originates (supposedly) from a cell phone in Baltimore, Maryland. The calls are prank calls. If they get a voice mail they will leave idiotic messages ranging from kids laughing to pre-recorded messages of a preacher preaching the end of the world stuff.

If you can, block this number and if you get a call from them, report it to your phone company.
