Same call- no message, didn't answer.

CID = Baltimore Md. No message left. Looks like the Fraternal Order of Police scam. They use Maryland towns and cities as CIDs and have many numbers. If you block one, they call again with another number. I'm up to 160 blocked numbers and I'd bet half of them are FOP numbers.
