calling several times a day.. hang up... i call back it says goodbye and hangs up

I just received a call as well from this number at 10:15.  the caller did not answer and when I said Hello they just hung up.  I then called the number back and it just says goodbye

I recieved 2 calls from 443-451-6932, i pick the phone there is no answar, I the and all I get good bye ,they twic this Mornig one at 10:17am and 11:52am, they have calle numerous of time in the pass  could you do something about,

I started getting calls from the 443-451-6932 yesterday. I pick it up and say hello and hear nothing. Then when I call it back it does not ring or anything. If I sit and wait on the line I hear a quick Hello by a computer voice and that is it.
