Who called from 4434518921

Called, asked for "George" (not my name), I said "no", he said "no message, I'll  call back"

Called 2:00 pm,  did not leave a message.

Claiming to be from Nationwide police association

Never leaves a message and when I call them back, it's either busy or can't take incoming calls!!  Sounds like a scam to me!!

I've heard that they record your responses so they can use it to say you've verbally agreed to their request.
