I just received a call from 443-453-5137 Angie Loch stating that she will be at my place of residence tomorrow between 3 and 5pm to serve me legal papers. If I am not there, then they will come to my place of employment. And when they serve me, I am supposed to have identification in the form of a different state id than where I reside??? Multiple red flags on this one. First call was to my work phone. Second call was to my cell phone. Then a third call was to a family member. Harassment??? 3 phone calls in a matter of 5 minutes.
I also got a call from them yesterday and today to call this number if I have any questions. The origin number that calls me comes up with unknown with no phone number. She says she is Angie Loch. She is a independent process server just outside of Humboldt County in California. She's supposed to serve my place of residence today between 3 and 5 pm to serve me legal papers. If I'm not there she will then come to my place of employment and serve me. I'm supposed to have a California DL present when served. They even went as far as harassing my grandmother and my ex-wife. Don't fall for it!
Debt Scam. No legitimate process server calls you up in advance and tell s you he or she is coming by. They just show up. Ignore and block these calls.
Got the same call as everyone else. Wanted to come serve me papers. I waited for them to come. Advised my job of this. Luckily the person. I told went thru same thing from same number.
