A man calling himself "Eric Dunn" from Washington DC called my 79 year old mother saying that he was interested in buying her time share. When asked he said he found her name on a list, but was not more specific. He then put her in contact with "Jay Garant" at YGG financial who sent a very official looking contract and asked her to pay the closing costs via money pack.  Once payment was made they were never heard from again.   Watch out for them.
