Received a call to my mobile phone from an unknown number. I did not answer. The following synthesized voice message was recorded:

Is it not a federal offense to impersonate a representative of the IRS?

Terrorist barely spoke English, wouldn't transfer me to supervisor, heard other terrorists in background saying same thing on phone, & finally, a real IRS agent wouldn't argue w/ me when I told him his father has relations with goats & his mother wasnt a virgin when she married him.
