You called our home asking for my husband's ex-wife. She has never lived at this number and will never live here. I have no idea how or why you called the number that I had have for over 40 years. You need to be sure before you make such a contact. Do not contact us again.
Called and told my son that he needed to schedule an appointment for a nurse to come out. Something about insurance I bought. I don't know what he is talking about.

to evaluate their clients,
1. To see if they are getting all the services they need.
2.Because Medicare will pay them to come out once a year.
