Call came in while family was eating dinner asking to talk to the owner of the house. Individual stated that I, the owner, had requested information from Long Fence on replacing my windows. I told the gentleman that I made no such request. He then proceeded to tell me that it was my wife (by name). I than told him sternly that it wasn't my wife either because we just had our windows redone with another company two years ago. He then proceeded to ask why I was angry. I told him not to call anymore and remove my number from their list. He started asking me "Are you Scared?' I told him that he was not acting professional, and restated my request. He continued, so I hung up. Called the number back and got a call center. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Told the supervisor what happened. He was also rude, but did state that he was removing my name/number from their database. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
