Called to set up dish to an elderly lady. Got her Social security number and birthday. Attempted to set up appointment on Saturday or Sunday. She was unavailable so they hung up. I called the number - it answers with if you wish to be added to our do not call list press 1 and that is all. No company id or further instructions. This number simply does nothing. I have counseled the elderly lady and will now take the steps needed to protect her credit and id
