If you own a house that bad debtors lived in, and they did not change their address with certain creditors and authorities, the creditors still trace the bad debtors to YOUR current phone number via your current address. We have lived here for 5+ years and still get calls for the people who used to live here. I wish I knew how to report them for not changing their addresses. No matter how much detail/evidence I give the callers, they still eventually call back.

I have set up a plan with these pricks to repay my OLD student loan. Even cleared the payment, etc... with the DOE directly. Guess what even though they are taking 100.00 / month out of my checking. They are still harrasing me at work, on my cell, etc...
Get a life, I am paying leave me the F alone!!!
