Who called from 4435507961

Got this call, when I answered there was dead silence and no response.  Said "hello" twice and hung up.

I GET THIS CALL AT LEAST TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY. NO MESSAGE IS EVER LEFT.

Get a call from this number every night around 8:00 pm EDT.

I have just started getting calls from this number, and this time I picked up and there was a delay and then a computer message told me to call another 800 number (repeated it twice) and then hung up.  As this is a new phone in the home and no one has the number (business only), it is either some survey or collections for a past user of the number.  Looking forward to more on this number in the future.

Random calls throughout the week, never leaves a message on the answering machine. Don't know their business, not inclined to care either.
