called but no message

I also received a call just moments ago. (Dec 20  10 am) Cecil county. Silence and they hung up.

This number has been calling my phone at least 6 x a day for the last 4 days. I've never answered but when I call back an automated message states "thanks for calling us back, we have an important message for you about your car; please hold and someone will be right with you." Then the line disconnects.
