Who called from 4435774866

I got this number from my email fo response to Craigslist post that I was selling.

She claimed that she is Hard of Hearing.     I checked the number here  Seem a problem person or scammer

Must be a scammer. I just received the same e-mail in response to my craigslist post. Here is the e-mail:

Hello and how are you doing? Contacting you show's my interest in
> making a purchase. I am a bit hard of hearing and i hope we can
> communicate freely because i am not good with the calls. Please feel
> free to email me and be sure i will get back to you on time, thank you
> and take care.

Ditto the above. Word for word.

BTW, Was the name Maria Flores?

Same message with exact wording.
