One Way Recovery Systems are at it again...... Received a voice message from a Nicholas Wade @ Coleman & Associates, caller id 877-898-2655, he stated that a warrant was going to be issued and I needed to call him back at 443-869-2315. If you call back the caller I'd # after hours, it says Coleman & Associates. After searching the web for both phone #'s it shows Maryland addresses. If you look up Coleman & Associates, it leads back to similar Maryland addresses also, the same as One Way Recovery Systems.
Since I sent a "debt validation letter" in 2012, with no response from them, and they are repeating to misrepresent themselves again and attempting to collect an unproven debt, I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC as well as the State of Maryland Licensing Board.
JGP Associates called about a loan from First Bank of Delaware that was issued in 2009, when I stated I never had a loan or a payday loan from this company I was threatened with a warrant and the sheriff coming to my house. I told them to validate the loan and prove it belonged to me since my ID was stolen over 2 years ago.
they have purchased old debts from another company. Mine was paid off and I had to send proof to them that it was paid in full so they would stop calling me at work.
Collection agency in Maryland......If you get a call from 443-602-7691, they may tell you that their company name is Coleman & Associates. But if you call them after hours, the message machine says JGP & Associates. When reached, both Ron Hagle & J Collins were very evasive in answering questions about their business and address info.
After calling the BBB, Maryland's Attorney Generals Office, and State of Maryland Licensing & Regulation, I found that they are actually: ONE WAY RECOVERY SOLUTIONS, LLC.
contact info: 421 S Main St-Ste. B, Bel Air, Maryland 21014 (443)203-4484 and are a collection agency. They are not licensed/registered as Coleman or JGP, and if they represent themselves as anything besides ORS or One Way Recovery Solutions LLC, they are in violation of their licensing agreement in the state of Maryland.
They were attempting to collect on an debt and stated that notification had been sent, unregistered mail of course. Interesting that a day after they first contacted me, they state that correspondence has been previously sent (they have 5 days after initial contact).
calling from jgp and associates warrant on me for fraud stated he had already attempted to contact me and warrant would be issued call back no different
I started getting calls from this number back in May. They claimed that they were going to issue a warrant for an unpaid debt I had. I set up payment arrangements with this company and they have been taking a 100.00 payment out of my account since June. Now that I think about it, I never did get the paperwork I requested in regards to the bad debt. Also in August they took 200.00 out of my account so I called since it was more than the payment agreement-instead of refunding me they told me they would take 300.00 of my balance as a courtesy. This should have been my first sign that this was probably not legit. Now it is October and I tried calling this number to ask what my balance is and the number is disconnected. I too have spoke with Ron Hagle and J Collins and when the money comes out of my account it is One Way Recovery. Who do I report possible scam too??
