My call was from a Floyd Hernandez. Very threatening. He said the police were on their way to our house. I told him I had called police and he was furious! I hung up.
A Brian Collins called, Caller ID said USFDA. He was threatening, but my wife hung uyp. She called our attorney who said he received 5 phone calls from clients today with same complaint.
In have called this number but it only goes to voice mail. My wife called once and "Brian Colllins"
answered. I was told he does not sound really intelligent.
He called himself Special Agent John Riley ( there is such a person, but this guy's an impostor) and he claimed to be from the USFDA, as Tim (above) has said. He threatened to have me arrested, and I can imagine that some people might fall for it. He was after money to "buy him off". This happened today, August 21, 2012, and another time about a year or so ago (same guy...I'll never forget that voice as long as I live). I can't believe this guy hasn't been caught yet. When this happened the first time he claimed to be from a different agency...maybe DEA or Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms...I don't remember now. I would think that the real Special Agent John Riley would want to protect his good name and be a part of finding this low life! We (my husband and I) called the federal agency that he claimed to be representing the first time, and were told that they knew about this person, but a year has passed and he's still at it.
Received a threatening voicemail from "Brian Collins." I'm in the process of reporting this to the proper authorities. He's the one who needs to worry about arrest/imprisonment.
Apparently this brian collins has been very busy terrorizing ppl in the lansing,mi area! After he calls just redial the number and keep calling him back, I know its juvenile but I was pissed that I allowed some idiot to ruin my day! Don't let these criminals that can't get real jobs scare you!
