I received the call from this number, and just after that I received and email from PayPal that my number was not verified correctly, but I never requested a verification. I guess some hackers are trying to steal the bank accounts.

this number called me 6 times, i missed the call and its invalid, i finally picked up one and they said congratulations you have won, i replied to take my number of the list not interested they indicated they could not,i said if they don't i will call my lawyers and file harrasment and they guy laughed saying what are your lawyers going to do. i will be filing a police report. 20 calls a day is rude.
