I got the same call a few minutes ago. CID said "Salon Suites In". As usual, no message was left. I did a Google search on Salon Suites and couldn't find any association with the long-running FOP scam, so I'm not sure if fedup is just making an assumption about that or if he actually was able to find a website somewhere that identifies Salon Suites as being associated with the FOP scam?? But this much is sure...since no message was left, it either wasn't an important call or just some sort of new scam. Either way, I've blocked the number for good and would suggest everyone else do the same.
Number listed as Salon Suites International Spa, Beauty & Personal Care 6420 Park Heights Ave Baltimore, MD. There running a scam for FOP funding. Anyone near here should visit this sleeze ball outfit.

Receive multiple calls a week from this guy... I recognized his voice from his "hello" message that ends up on the answering machine. The caller id said "Salon Suties In..." like others have mentioned. So I answered....stated he was from the FOP, and that the call is monitored. He didn't say anything after that. BLOCKING this number right now.
I called the [***] back and he answered. The assumption is that the individual is at this business and using the listed number and claiming to be from the FOP. These individuals have been using many, many 443, 301, 410 exchanges for this scam.
I might be in MD but very far from Baltimore so I was glad I didn't answer; I also know no one in Baltimore. Seeing from others that it is that darn FOP again I am glad I didn't answer. I keep telling them to take me off their list but that gets me no where.
