You are not warned if a summons is coming. Phone calls are NOT official notification of anything and you will not go to jail (even if you did owe money). You can't be in contempt of court unless ruled so by a judge (not a debt collector.) Hang up if they call again!
said they were a process sever and wants to serve me , and said I was served over the phone. If I did not answer I will be in contempt of court and will go to jail
