Got a call from "some" lighting company. They misrepresented themselves by leading us to believe we had an account with them. Then sent us lightbulbs....that part is okay we got the product, however they first lead us to believe that they were actually one of our usual vendors. There invoice was sketchy and in trying to phone the company I got no where. I waited to pay............ They finally called from this number, which wasn't on the invoice anywhere asking when we might pay them.

Rec'd a call claiming our school custodian placed an order. I informed him that our custodian is not permitted to place orders. He demanded that I give him our custodians cell number, which I proceeded to tell him that was not permitted. He began to get aggressive by talking about me lieing on the job. I told him not to call here ever again and hung up.
Scott said he was from LMS and needed to talk to the person in charge of maintenance. When I questioned him he said "I need to talk to your maintenance guy, I just talked to him." Busted!!! Our maintenance guy is a girl!! I called the number back 443-759-4037. The lady that answered said she was an answering service for several companies. She asked what company I was calling for. When I told her LMS she transferred me to some guy in a warehouse. He said he would have them take us off their list. Scot was very pushy and obnoxious! Definitely not the way to get my business!!!
