Called, asked to speak to person in charge of BGE services. I asked if they were calling from BGE - she said no, and asked if I was the person in charge BGE services. I told her no, but we don't accept solicitations by phone. After the second time I informed her this, she said ok and we hung up. A few seconds later, I received a call from 800-524-0364 - caller hung up on answer. (A search on this # shows they also ask for BGE services handler...) I called the 800# back, and got an automated customer service line, w/ only the option to leave a voicemail.
Left a message this time that I should call and follow-up on some snail mail I should have received from them earlier but did not. Latrissa from NRG Solutions was given as caller.
