Call them and make arrangements to have the court papers dropped off. Then you can contact the attorney who filed the lawsuit and work out a payment plan with them.
I found a printed label with the number 443-840-9406 stuck to my door 3-31-2016, dated for that day, saying "Michelle" had court documents for "Dana" somebody. The dates and names were hand-written in, so someone actually came to my door and stuck this note on it. This is the second one. I'm calling the police if I see them come back. The lady hasn't lived in this house for over two years, and they keep leaving notes for her. Stop harassing me!
A sticker with the phone number443-840-9406 was across my key hole and a alternate number of 202-271-0182. Stating we have court papers for you and a case#422094. That is harassment. Because it was delivered at midnight. Whoever that is really is breaking the law. And no other information was given. That is weird and also creepy.
