No one to call, no em address, no phone #, and no answer. This appears to be a monumental scam. My card debit shows, " Moscow Rus, " What does that mean...?

I have placed order for VPXL on 18.2.2010 but till today nothing has been inform to me about despatching the product. No reply is being given. Why it is so? Pl let me know the status of my order.
This site is owned by Andrey Smirnov of Glavmed. He knows nothing about pharmacy, but knows a lot about separating people from their money.
If any of the pills he is selling are real and get delivered, he's leaving a trail of dead bodies. He promises to send free "Viagra" with every order, including orders for nitroglycerin. No real pharmacist would do that, because it's a potentially lethal drug interaction. You can't use those drugs together, ever, under any circumstances, even off-label. Lethal. Unfortunately, if someone having sex pops a nitroglycerin and dies, his family and doctor may not know he took Viagra (because he bought them from Andy to avoid getting a prescription). His death would be attributed to heart disease, and no autopsy would be ordered.
If you know someone who has been sickened or killed by Andy's pills, notify the FBI, RCMP, or the equivalent national law enforcement agency in your country. Andy seriously needs to be in jail. The site has nothing to do with Canada, but the Russian FSB is looking into Glavmed, too. It probably is working in cooperation with the US and Canadian law enforcement investigators who have been gathering evidence on this scam for several years now.
