Called wanting building maintenance, was upset when I couldnt direct transfer him. Claimed his phone didnt accept incoming calls, but once he realized that line wouldnt work his phone could magically recieve calls for the next couple of hours. When our guy called him, and he didnt want to buy what he was selling, he cussed him out and hung up.
