Who called from 4439170082

Just got three calls from a lunatic who was yelling at me.  I called the police

Wacko accused me of hitting his car an leaving my #. Hung up as soon as I said I was calling the police.

A man has been calling my two daughters screaming that they hit his car and that they left a note on his windshield and to pay him, or something bad will happen. Looking up the reverse number, it appears he's doing this to many other people, threatening them, harassing them with multiple calls, including violence. He must be located, and stopped. The number is (443) 917-0082 located in the Columbia/Ellicott city area of Maryland from what I can ascertain.

Left a message saying that I hit his car and I needed to pay him. He said i was wasting his time.

This number called me and I said hello. It took awhile for a response and it was a female voice that sounded a lot like me. It called again and the same thing happened. I don't know if the person played my voice back, but I am definitely feeling off about that call.
