robocall on my cell from 443-977-4829 caller ID said "NO NAME" on Tuesday 07-29-14 @ 542 PM,
through Level3 VoIP in Baltimore MD.

Male was asking for someone and could not understand who he was asking for.
Had him repeat several times. Finally just asked "Why are you calling here."
He said he was with a bank - which sounded like "Allied Bank."
He was calling about a Mortgage Loan and was responding as a callback from another representative.  I told him
"No one called about any loan, that that was purely adulterated  bull and promptly gave him the "SCAMMER AIR HORN."
Did the "SCAMMER AIR HORN" for over a solid minute, then went back to the receiver and asked him,
"How did you like that?" Do you know he was still there - first SCAMMER in over a week still on the line
when using the NEW "SCAMMER AIR HORN." Undaunted I called him a few expletives and went back and continued
the "SCAMMER AIR HORN" for another minute and a half. Checked again and UNREAL he was still there.
Ran the "SCAMMER AIR HORN" another solid minute and a half and he had hung up.
But then he started doing a "call back flood" continuously =
called second time Tuesday 07-29-14 @ 547 PM -  I rejected the call.
called third time Tuesday 07-29-14 @ 547 PM - I rejected the call.
called fourth time Tuesday 07-29-14 @ 548 PM - I rejected the call and then put the number on BLOCK List.
called fifth time Tuesday 07-29-14 @ 548 PM - went to wherever the Blocks go
then they tried a sixth time Tuesday 07-29-14 @ 555 PM - went to wherever the Blocks go
while typing this they called again a seventh time Tuesday 07-29-14 @ 647 PM - went to wherever the Blocks go.

Guess they are finally done calling for the night !!!
