I received a phone call from a foreign speaking national claiming to be a Comcast Technical Support Agent, this fellow could not speak good English and was extremely rude, discourteous and had no clue that I am also an employee of stated company. It was a phishing call and I know this because he gave me an email address that is suppose to mine that does not exists or even has for that matter. Just because they state a legitimate business name does NOT mean they themselves are legitimate nor their cause. Please be careful with phone calls of these nature especially when the agent refuses to secure the account and gives false information to try and obtain information from you.
