They must be trying to see who answers a phone number for telemarketing...otherwise it is a collection company

I got several calls from them during the day.  I didn't recognize them on the call display so I didn't answer and they did not leave a message (obviously telemartketing).  I called them today and their automated system congratulated me on winning something and asked me to press 1 to claim my prize.  I hung up.  Obviously they are scammers!
