It was an alarm company calling to offer me a better price than my current alarm provider.
The bothersome thing was that they knew which alarm company I was with!

i receive a suspicious call that say: do you have alarm system at home? it's weird . they call twice. 1st time they ask for an unknown name and second time they ask us if we had alarm system.....
yes got the call and they asked me since how long I was with my alarm central - And the name of the alarm central. I simply said " you are calling for which central? and the girl hang up....
It was a call from "vigilance company"
