I did not receive a call but received a letter informing me I received a government grant for $50,000. A check for $2,895.00 was enclosed with the letter written on a check with Webco Mining, Inc. on it. I was directed to call Boyle Lincoln at 450-675-1709 at the Dicon America Direct Grant out of Kelowna, British Columbia. I have not applied for a grant so this is very suspicious
