Calls have come from our famous friends with "credit card services" and also "diabetic services". I'll bet buttons to bows that this is Pacific Telecommunications and good old CallerID4U. That these calls come exactly at 4:47 PM (well, give a minute or two) every afternoon, is certainly weird.
