Have had the same thing happen to me.  the guy literally went ballistic.

Showed up on caller ID as Cascade LCKs.  Left a message stating the IRS was going to sue me & take me to court.  So sick of these damn foreigner calls!

Same as above. They left a message on my voicemail using a digital voice recording saying it was an official call from the IRS and notifying they were going to sue me.  Then they left a message telling me to call this number immediately.

The carrier reseller that owns the number 458 200-2151 is Neutral Tandem owned by Inteliquent.com.  They have been notified 24 hours ago, so was the FBI and FCC. They still have not shut them down.  Notified the exec's today.... see how quick it's shut down...

When you have nothing to do... call the SOB's and tie up the lines.
