Numerous calls over the past week, no one is ever on the line when I answer

I often get a call from 458 201 0085 and I see the name "Eugne".  Something keeps me from answering it because I suspect it's a scam.

Same number calls my government cell phone once a week.  I complain on the "do not call" registry weekly as well.  No name, just annoyance.

Medicare scammer.  Google Voicemail transcript:

"If you have medicare and our living with backward me paid, you may qualify to receive it back or knee brace covered under your current Medicare and just for qualify you will receive a complimentary digital watch press one now to see if you qualify, press 5, to be removed, book press one now to speak to an agent."

Received 2 calls days apart, both Robo calls. One selling pain medication cream. The 2nd one selling back braces.
