Pre-record to a business line for insurance, no mention of business name.  Pressed 1 to see how long I could talk to a real person.  Phone rang several times and then disconnected.  Bad business practice.  Even assuming pre-records were legitimate, if you can't take the transferred calls, you're losing money and leaving a bad taste with the potential client.  Not sure if they will call back, but if they do, I intend on having as lengthy a dialogue with them as I can - with no sale.
