This company calls numbers on the National Do Not Call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. In addition, they play a recorded message without an operator on the line in further violation of the TCPA. When you do get to an operator, they will give the company name. After being asked several times they will provide a phone number as required by the TCPA, however, they refuse to provide a physical address as also required by the TCPA. Their recorded message claims that they have guaranteed funds in non-collateralized loans, but as they refuse to provide comply with federal law in their telephone marketing operations, you can be assured that they are just an identity theft ring or other scam. Do not provide this scammer with any information.
Total holes. Just waiting everyone's time. They keep calling back with different numbers. I did not and will not pick up any unidentified number. Duh. When do these clowns learn?
robocaller for loans. I tried to get to a sales person to vent on them, but their ACD did not detect my DTMF. What is the pint of robocalling is the few suckers they find can't get to a sales droid?
Got a call from this number this morning at our business. Robocall so I hung up and Googled. In my search I found this interesting site. It explains this number is from a place called CallerIDs4U, Inc. It gives numerous links to file complaints. It also says, "The telephone numbers listed below belong to a public telecom utility named CallerId4u Inc. These telephone numbers are used for illegal telemarketing calls. In addition, CallerID4u profits from these calls by entering into revenue sharing agreements with the telemarketers who conduct these illegal calls. If you received an unsolicited telemarketing call from a number listed below, PLEASE take a few minutes to submit an Online complaint to regulators so these unsolicited calls can finally be stopped."
I go to GREAT LENGTHS to stop these [***] calls. All they do is interrupt my day and I don't need or want that. I will file with every possible agency. I've also filed a BBB complaint on every agency behind these scams that I can find the name of. That is usually the hard part, finding WHO exactly they are. But this irritates me so much I'm willing to put in the time and it almost always pays off.
Meantime I'm looking for a way to block since my phone company only allows 25 block numbers and I've far exceeded that number.
