I got this phone call from Oregon the other day. I figured it was A telemarketer and I also wanted to see the reason for the call. Two minutes later when I dialed the number to call back to tell them to take me off the call list, there was a recording that said that it was not a working number(!!!! two minutes after I had received the phone call!!) from this phone number is 458-201-1356.
Just received a recording from someone who didn't want to talk. The recording was from AARP for Seniors. When I picked up the phone their was a person on the other end waiting to start the recording. My question is dumb [***] quite calling me or you will be facing charges.
Jeez, sorry John for your bad experience. However, these calls are NOT being made by AARP. They are being made by a company that advertises in AARP magazine.
Same as many above....recorded message....you've been selected to receive medical alert system at no charge....pressed "1"to speak to representative but line went dead. I am SO SICK AND TIRED of these phone calls. I've been on the "Do Not Call" list since it started but it doesn't help. AAAGGHHHH.
